We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We may share information exclusively with critical infrastructure partners (e.g., cloud hosts, AI API providers like OpenAI) necessary for executing the contracted services. When incorporating third-party AI LLMs, we ensure zero-retention policies are applied via API parameters, protecting your prompt data from being used in public foundation model training.

Any proprietary algorithms, source code, and intellectual assets introduced by the client remain strictly under the client's ownership. However, underlying frameworks, open-source libraries, or pre-existing Xaylon Labs utility scripts utilized in development remain independent property, licensed to you per our Terms of Service.

We retain client data and project artifacts strictly for the duration necessary to fulfill the operational, legal, and warranty obligations stipulated in the MSA. Upon contract termination or explicit request, non-essential data may be securely purged, subject to regulatory retention mandates.
